Leadership Experience

PYP Coordinator

Member of the Primary Leadership Team

Lead Primary curriculum and assessment development, including redesigning the Programme of Inquiry and creating whole-school systems such as the ATL continuum, baseline assessments, and planning tools.
Provide instructional leadership through professional learning, coaching, and collaborative planning, and currently lead the school’s PYP Self-Study for IB evaluation.

Designed and led a professional learning program to equip primary school staff with concept-based and inquiry-driven strategies in mathematics. 

Created assessment tools that align with the school's curriculum framework.
